Our Mission: Learn from food
Food education is new in Hong Kong but widely advocated by developed
countries’ governments such as Japan, France and the UK. It comprises culinary culture, dining habits, and gratitude for the nature and people etc. Food education today shapes customer tastes and demands tomorrow.
